Our charges are a flat fee of $25/hour. The only exception to this is if there are medical billing issues, then the fee is $35/hour.

Yes, you own the QB account and can have access to it at any time.

Quickbooks provides excellent reports such as the Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet. These can help you to determine the health of your business and where to make necessary changes.
We are also skilled at creating subcategories so that if you have a subcontractor working for you, it's easy to consider how this addition is working for your business.

We provide the setup for your Quickbooks account, categorize, and reconcile every month. If needed, we can invoice clients/customers. Our services are tailored to your specific needs. A few of the individual services include: invoicing, scrutinizing medical billing to make sure all is in order, creating a contact list for perspective clients, reports to inform you of the health of your business and 1099 forms for subcontractors.
